Saturday Booty bootcamp classes

Hey guys! It's time to start easing our way back into classes at the Pulaski gym location. These classes will be held on Saturdays at 9 and 10 am on the dates listed below. More dates will be added in the future.

The classes are focused on lower body and they style of classes will be weight training, strength training,  body weight, hiit ,and dance routines.
